Made for Border Region Summers
30°C summers. 40°C spikes. Cold winters. Built to last.
Summers here average 30°C, with extreme heat days regularly exceeding 40°C. That's three to four months of prime swimming without heating—and up to eight months with a heat pump or solar.
But Albury's inland extremes—scorching summers and cold winters—demand materials that handle both ends:
- Heat-resistant gelcoat engineered for sustained high temperatures without warping or fading
- UV-stabilised shell rated for nearly 3,000 hours of annual sunshine
- Frost-tolerant construction built to handle cold Albury winters
Real Family. Real Backyard. Real Savings.

Your Questions, Answered
How long does council approval take?
Most Albury properties qualify for a Complying Development Certificate (CDC)—typically 10–20 working days through Council or a private certifier. Properties on heritage, flood-prone, or bushfire-prone land may require a full DA (27–56 working days).
When's the best time to install?
March to April or August to September. Autumn is Albury's driest period with just four rain days monthly, and late winter offers improving ground conditions before summer. Avoid June–August (wettest months) and the extreme heat of December–February which can affect concrete curing.
Can I legally install it myself?
Yes. In NSW, an owner-builder permit is required when coordinating two or more contractors on work over $10,000. We provide step-by-step guides and phone support throughout your project.
