Delivery is free to most regions. A few remote or hard-to-reach areas may have a freight charge, and if yours does, you'll see it on your quote before you commit. No surprises. 

It depends on your pool model and your region. We'll give you a delivery window when you order and confirm the exact day closer to the time, so you can line up your excavator and trades. 

Your pool arrives in one piece on a Hiab crane truck, ready to install. The driver will call ahead to talk through your site and where the shell needs to go.

Often you won't. The Hiab truck can lift the shell straight into the hole when it can get close enough. On tight blocks, steep sites, or where the hole is a long way from the kerb, you may need to book a larger crane. Crane hire prices vary with size, so ring around a few local companies. We're happy to help you work out what your site needs.

The truck needs a clear, firm path to park as close to the hole as possible. Look out for low overhead powerlines, trees, narrow driveways, soft ground and steep slopes. If you're not sure, send us a few photos of your site and we'll take a look before delivery day.

Yes, as long as the hole is excavated, the base is prepared and the crane can reach it. That's the ideal delivery day: the shell goes straight from truck to hole, ready for your installer.
