Manage It or Hand It Off?
We supply fibreglass pool kits built for Central Coast conditions—from the established family blocks of Erina to the coastal streets of Terrigal and the premium acreage of Holgate.
Pick your level of involvement:
- Coordinate it yourself — manage the trades and keep up to $40,000
- Kit + licensed installer — we pair you with a certified pro, you still save up to $20,000
Both options cut out the retail markup. Same quality pool. More money for the deck.
Designed for Central Coast Weather
Coastal humidity. Summer storms. Extreme UV. Covered.
Summers here average 27°C, with sea breezes keeping things comfortable. That's five to six months of swimming without heating—and up to ten months with a heat pump.
But extreme UV (11+ in summer) and a wet January–March period demand materials that perform:
- UV-stabilised gelcoat rated for the Central Coast's extreme summer UV index
- Humidity-resistant surfaces that won't degrade in coastal conditions
- Wet-season drainage engineered for the 150mm+ rainfall months of late summer
Real Family. Real Backyard. Real Savings.

Your Questions, Answered
How long does council approval take?
Most Central Coast properties qualify for a Complying Development Certificate (CDC) - typically 10–20 days through a private certifier. Tip: grab a Section 10.7 Planning Certificate first to confirm CDC eligibility for your block. Full DAs can take 3–4 months due to council backlogs.
When's the best time to install?
August to October. It's the driest window (under 85mm monthly), temperatures are mild, and ground conditions are stable. Avoid January–March—that's when the heaviest rain hits and excavation delays stack up.
Can I legally install it myself?
Yes. In NSW, an owner-builder permit is required when coordinating two or more contractors on work over $10,000. We provide step-by-step guides and phone support throughout your project.
