Self-Manage or Let Us Match You?
We supply fibreglass pool kits built for Sydney's east—from the family homes of Maroubra to the established blocks of Randwick and the quiet streets of Queens Park.
Two paths forward:
- Run the project yourself — line up the trades and keep up to $40,000
- Kit + licensed installer — we pair you with a certified pro, you still save up to $20,000
Both options skip the retail markup. Same pool. More left over for the landscaping.
Built for Coastal Living
Sea breezes. Salt air. Extreme UV. Sorted.
Summers here average 26°C, moderated by coastal breezes. That's five to six months of comfortable swimming without heating—and year-round with a heat pump.
But UV levels hitting 13 and salt-laden air test every surface:
- UV-stabilised gelcoat rated for Eastern Sydney's extreme summer UV index
- Salt-air resistant finish built to handle coastal conditions without fading or pitting
- Wet-season drainage designed for the February–June rainfall period
Real Family. Real Backyard. Real Savings.

Your Questions, Answered
How long does council approval take?
Eastern Sydney spans Randwick, Waverley, and Woollahra councils, but most standard pools qualify for a Complying Development Certificate (CDC)—typically 2–4 weeks through a private certifier, sometimes as fast as 10 working days with complete documentation. Heritage-listed properties may require a full DA.
When's the best time to install?
August to November. September is the driest month (just 68mm), and October is close behind. Avoid February through June—that's the wettest stretch, and saturated ground complicates excavation.
Can I legally install it myself?
Yes. In NSW, an owner-builder permit is required when coordinating two or more contractors on work over $10,000. We provide step-by-step guides and phone support throughout your project.
