Solo or Supported?
We supply fibreglass pool kits built for Southern Tablelands conditions—from the established streets of Bradfordville to the family-friendly blocks of Eastgrove and the generous lots of Blakelys Run Estate.
Two options:
- Coordinate it yourself - manage the trades and keep up to $40,000
- Kit + licensed installer - we match you with a certified pro, you still save up to $20,000
Both routes skip the all-in-one pool company markup. Same quality pool. More left for heating—and up here, that's money well spent.
Made for Southern Tablelands Climate
Highlands warmth. Cool nights. Extreme UV. Ready.
Summers here average 27–29°C, with around 31 days above 30°C each year. That's four to five months of solid swimming without heating—and six months or more with a heat pump. But overnight lows of 11–14°C mean significant heat loss, so heating isn't optional at this elevation.
Goulburn's conditions—extreme UV, temperature swings, and cooler nights—demand materials built to perform:
- Frost-tolerant shell construction engineered for cold Tablelands winters
- UV-hardened gelcoat rated for Goulburn's extreme summer UV index (11–12)
- Heat-retention design that minimises overnight losses and works with your heating system
Real Family. Real Backyard. Real Savings.

Your Questions, Answered
How long does council approval take?
Most Goulburn properties qualify for a Complying Development Certificate (CDC)—typically 10–20 business days through Council or a private certifier. Properties in heritage areas, flood-prone land, or with non-standard setbacks may require a full DA (40–60 business days).
When's the best time to install?
March to May or August to October. Autumn is Goulburn's driest period—May sees just 33mm of rainfall—with stable ground conditions. Late winter through spring gets your pool ready for the swimming season. Avoid February (wettest month) and June–July (frost risk).
Can I legally install it myself?
Yes. In NSW, an owner-builder permit is required when coordinating two or more contractors on work over $10,000. We provide step-by-step guides and phone support throughout your project.
