Own the Build or Outsource It?
We supply fibreglass pool kits built for South-East Queensland conditions—from the established leafy blocks of Shailer Park to the semi-rural lifestyle of Daisy Hill and the growing master-planned estates of Park Ridge.
The choice is yours:
- Coordinate it yourself - manage the trades and keep up to $40,000
- Kit + licensed installer - we connect you with a certified pro, you still save up to $20,000
Both routes skip the all-in-one pool company markup. Same quality pool. More budget for heating—which extends your season from five months to nine.
Designed for Logan's Climate
30°C summers. Extreme UV. Summer storms. Done.
Summers here hit 29–30°C with UV levels reaching an extreme 15. Without heating, comfortable swimming runs November to March. Add heating and you're swimming September to May—eight to nine solid months.
But extreme UV and a wet season from October to March (February alone dumps 170mm) demand the right materials:
- Extreme UV-resistant gelcoat rated for Logan's extreme summer UV index
- Wet-season drainage engineered for South-East Queensland's concentrated summer rainfall
- Heat-retention design that works with your heating system to maximise swimming months
Real Family. Real Backyard. Real Savings.

Your Questions, Answered
How long does council approval take?
Queensland doesn't use CDCs like NSW. You'll need a Building Approval from a licensed private certifier—Logan City Council doesn't provide certification services directly. Private certifiers can often process approvals within 24 hours to several days with complete documentation.
When's the best time to install?
April to September. June through August is ideal—the driest period with just 39–42mm monthly rainfall versus 170mm in February. Ground conditions are stable, contractor availability is better, and your pool is ready for summer.
Can I legally install it myself?
Yes. In Queensland, work over $11,000 requires a QBCC Owner Builder Permit. We provide step-by-step guides and phone support throughout your project.
