Built for Tropical Conditions
Extreme UV. Wet seasons. No compromises.
Summers here hit 32°C with overnight lows around 22°C. That means seven months of comfortable swimming without heating—and close to year-round with a heat pump.
But sitting on the Tropic of Capricorn means relentless UV and a wet season from December to March:
- UV-hardened gelcoat engineered for extreme tropical sun exposure
- Monsoon-ready drainage designed for Rockhampton's 140mm+ rainfall months
- Heat-resistant surfaces that won't warp, fade, or degrade in sustained high temperatures
Real Family. Real Backyard. Real Savings.

Your Questions, Answered
How long does council approval take?
Queensland doesn't use council DAs for pools. You'll work with a private building certifier who issues your approval—often within 24–48 hours for straightforward projects. We can point you to certifiers experienced with Rockhampton builds.
When's the best time to install?
May to September. June through August is ideal—mild temperatures around 23°C, minimal rain, and perfect conditions for concrete curing. Avoid December to March when wet season storms can waterlog excavation sites.
Can I legally install it myself?
Yes. In Queensland, work over $11,000 requires a QBCC Owner Builder Permit. We provide step-by-step guides and phone support throughout your project.
